Sure. We can supply official material mill certificates for every batch of metal and plastic raw materials upon your request.

Our standard tolerance is ±0.02mm, and we can reach ultra-precise ±0.005mm for medical, aerospace and optical precision components.

Absolutely. We use CMM coordinate measuring machines for full inspection during mass production, and fix processing parameters to keep dimensional consistency for all batches.

We provide prototype samples at a low manufacturing cost. The sample fee can be fully deducted from your subsequent mass order payment.

No strict MOQ. We accept 1-piece prototype orders, small batch trial runs and large volume mass production orders.

Simple aluminum prototypes take 2–3 working days; complex multi-axis precision samples take 5–7 working days.

Small mass batches under 500 pcs take 7–10 working days; large volume orders above 1000 pcs take 12–18 working days, depending on part complexity.

The price is calculated based on material cost, processing hours, surface treatment, tolerance standard and order quantity. Larger orders will get a volume discount.

If defects are caused by our machining errors, we will re-produce new qualified parts for free and cover all re-delivery shipping fees.

Minor rework on finished parts is available for a small extra fee. If the design change is huge, we will arrange new production according to updated drawings.
